【摘要】 目的 探讨沙培林和顺铂治疗肺癌合并胸腔积液的疗效。方法 将46例肺癌合并胸腔积液患者分为两组，一组应用沙培林和顺铂，另一组单用顺铂，观察疗效、健康状况和副作用。结果 观察组较对照组疗效明显，治疗组有效率86.9%，观察组有效率56.52%，χ 2 =3.84，P<0.05。结论 应用沙培林和顺铂治疗肺癌合并胸腔积液安全有效，副作用低，是治疗恶性胸腔积液的理想药物。
