【摘要】 目的 探讨Gamma钉内固定治疗不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗方法。 方法 自2001年1月～2003年5月收治不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折15例，均经切开复位Gamma钉内固定。 结果 随访6～20个月，优良率80%。结论 (1)不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折应考虑Gamma钉内固定。(2)进针点的选择与处理相当重要，远端可使用一根钉。(3)提倡早期非负重功能锻炼。
