【摘要】 老年人由于牙体缺损、牙面磨损、关系不良、牙周病、牙龈萎缩、牙列不齐等原因，在口腔修复上常常带来不便和困难。尤其，大部分老年人因患有全身各种疾病，在口腔治疗过程中，因操作产生疼痛会出现恐惧心理，而恐惧会诱发心、脑血管疾病的发作，从而丧失口腔修复机会，失去了咀嚼功能，使唾液分泌量减少，胃肠功能紊乱，机体抵抗力降低，导致各种疾病的发生，直接威胁老年人的身体健康。为解决老年人义齿修复中的矛盾，达到保健之目的，本文分析了老年人口腔的特征：组织条件差，牙周炎，间隙长短不一，余留牙条件差，牙齿过敏、颌面磨损大。老年人义齿修复的特点，可摘义齿修复前的准备及修复时的注意事项。

    The understanding of local receiving prosthodontics in elderly

    【Abstract】 The elderly have difficulty and disability when receiving prosthodontics，due to many factors such as dental defect, abrasion of occlusal surface, mandible disorders, periodontopathy, gingival atrophy, irregular dentition and so on. In addition,the most of the old people have various systemic disease.The pain derived from the operation would result in the fear which elicits the attack of heart disease and cerebrovascular disease. Then prosthodontics has to be terminated. The disability of mastication,the decreased secretion of saliva, the gastrointestinal dysfunction and the degraded immunity of the organism, will proceed. Many disease happen, threatening the health of the aged directly. In order to solve the contradiction in the geriatric prosthodontics, and to obtain the health maintenance,we discuss the features of buccal cavity in the elderly: the poor local constitution, periodontitis, diastem ranging widely, residual teeth in the poor condition, hypersensitiveness of the teeth, the severe abrasion of occlusal surface, the features of geriatric prosthodontics, preparation for the removable denture and the announcements in the operation. ......
