罗格列酮对2型糖尿病患者血浆vWF水平的影响

     【摘要】 目的 检测2型糖尿病患者应用罗格列酮治疗前后血浆vWF因子水平,评价通过提高胰岛素敏感性来改变2型糖尿病患者血浆vWF水平及意义。方法 对59例口服降糖药物的2型糖尿病患者治疗12周,观察治疗前后血压、腰臀比、体质数、血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素、HOMA-IR(胰岛素抵抗稳定模式评估法)、血脂谱及vWF因子水平的变化。结果 显示应用罗格列酮治疗前后,随着收缩压、血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素及HOMA-IR的降低,血浆vWF因子水平也随之降低。结论 对2型糖尿病患者,通过减轻胰岛素抵抗,在降低血压、血糖、血清胰岛素的同时也可降低血浆vWF因子的水平,进而减缓2型糖尿病患者的血管并发症的发生。

    The effect of rosiglitazone on plasma von Willebrand factor (vWF) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of decreased insulin resistance on plasma vWF in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods We measured vWF plasma levels,blood pressure,body mass index,glycaemia, glycosylated haemoglobin,insulin concentrations,insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) and lipid metabolic parameters before and after treatment in 59 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Results The systolic blood pressure, glycaemia,glycosylated haemoglobin,insulin concentrations were significantly decreased after treatment (P<0.05),the level of insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR) and vWF were significantly decreased by rosiglitazone after treatment (P<0.001).Conclusion The effect of improve the insulin sensitivity not only can decrease the blood pressure, glycaemia, insulin concentrations and vWF,but also can improve to treat diabetic vascular disease. ......
