关于厚朴药材商品规格等级标准的研究(1)
[摘要]通过市场调查和文献研究，了解厚朴药材商品状况;同时采集样品进行分析，结合生产实际，制定新的厚朴商品规格等级标准。现行的规格等级标准中，将厚朴药材按来源划分为温朴与川朴2个品别，再按取皮部位划分为4种规格，每一种规格又按长度和质量划分若干等级;判断厚朴药材质量优劣的依据主要是性状特征(外观质量)。在新制定的厚朴商品标准中，等级的划分则是以厚度、厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量为依据，即综合外观性状与药效成分(内在品质)，科学评价药材质量。由于温朴与川朴的商品性状特征基本一致，外观难以区分，不再划分品别;又因蔸朴与耳朴部位重叠，规格简化为筒朴(含枝朴)、根朴、蔸朴等3种;其中，筒朴分为3个等级，根朴、蔸朴不分等(统货)。

[Abstract]The market and literature were studied to understand the existing situation of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex goods， and the collected samples were analyzed， combined with the actual production， a new standard of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex commercial specification and grade was drafted. Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex goods was divided into two categories according to the source in the old standard. Then each category was divided into four kinds of specifications according to the site. Each kind of specification was divided into several grades according to the length and weight. To judge the quality of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex goods was mainly based on the appearance quality. In the new standard， the classification of commercial specification and grade is based on the thickness， magnolol and honokiol content. The goods of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex can be divided into three specifications： Tongpu， Genpu and Doupu. Tongpu is divided into three grades， the remaining two are not graded.

2010年版《中国药典》中并没有针对药材商品规格等级方面的具体规定;同时，现行的 “七十六种药材商品规格标准”(以下简称“原标准”)是原国家医药管理局和卫生部于1984年3月制订的，划分规格等级的依据主要是药材的外观性状和长度、质量，一些具体内容和要求已不合时宜。因此，必须尽快制定新的中药材商品规格等级标准，以促进药材生产、种植、加工、贸易的健康发展。新的厚朴药材商品规格等级标准是在原标准以及现行药典中厚朴标准的基础上，结合市场情况与科研成果制订而成的。, 百拇医药(石磊 张承程 郭兰萍 金艳 黄璐琦 杨红兵)
