[Abstract]objective： to explore the application value of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing of general surgery， and to summarize the experience for clinical practice. METHODS： from September 2016 to September 2018，118 patients in General Surgery Department of our hospital were selected and divided into groups by random digital grouping， the former on the basis of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery care， analysis and comparison of the overall situation after the two care.
