[Abstract] Objective： To explore the clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium combined with aspirin in the treatment of coronary heart disease and its influence on the level of inflammatory factors and the rehabilitation of patients， so as to summarize the experience for clinical practice. Methods： from January 2018 to June 2019， 118 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected as the study cases， and were randomly divided into two groups. Results： the related indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05); ; there was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05).
