摘要：目的 探讨卡式微柱凝胶技术在ABO、RH(D)血型鉴定中的主要应用。方法 对英德市人民医院检验科采集的45558例病人血液标本同时采用卡式微柱凝胶法与传统手工操作法进行血型鉴定检测。结果 卡式微柱凝胶法正确率为100%，手工法正确率为99%。两种方法比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 卡式微柱凝胶法操作标准化，结果判定清晰准确，具有很大的临床应用价值，值得推广和应用。
