    [摘 要] 目的:本研究的目的在于提高耳廓成形术的质量。 方法:应用扩张后超薄皮瓣行耳廓成形术。 结果:我科自1993年1月至1998年12月应用扩张后超薄皮瓣行耳廓成形术32例共44个外耳,取得了满意的效果,文章对该手术的设计、方法及优点作了阐述。 结论:应用扩张后超薄皮瓣行耳廓成形术能够提高耳廓成形术的质量。

    [Abstract] Objective:this study was aimed at elevating quality of otoplasty. Method:otoplasty by super-thin skin flap after expansion. Results:The paper report 32 cases with 44 ears Otoplasty by Super-thin skin flap after expansion that have been performed since January 1993 to December 1998.The operative results were satisfactory.This paper describes the operation design,method,advntages and key points of surgery. Conolusion:otoplasty by super-thin skin flap after expansion can elevate quality of otoplasty. ......
