小儿功能部位烧伤的早晚期整复

张绪生 男,1954年生,1979年毕业于第四军医大学医疗系,兰州军区总医院烧伤整形科副主任,副主任医师。发表医学论文30余篇。获省部级科技进步奖一等奖1项,二等奖1项,三等奖4项,四等奖5项。1996年被兰州军区评为科技新星。[摘 要] 目的:防止小儿烧伤后瘢痕增生引起的畸形挛缩和功能丧失进行性加重。 方法::瘢痕切除及畸形复位,采用局部皮瓣,扩张后皮瓣,远位皮瓣,带真皮下血管网的皮肤移植及全厚、中厚大张皮肤移植。 结果:使创伤部位的组织缺损得以功能和外观恢复。 结论:小儿功能部位深度烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形不断加重时,治疗得当可避免发生发育障碍和功能丧失。

[Abstract] Objective:To protect the cicartricial contraction deformities becoming more serious from postburn scar hypertrophy in children. Methods:According to the needs of wounds after excision of scars and reduction of deformities soft tissue defects have been repaired with local skin flap expandal skin flap,distant skin flap etc. Results:Skin soft tissue defects in all regions have been repaired in appearance and function,and obtained satisfactory results. Conclusion:Deep burn may cause cicartricial contraction in children,deformity become more serious,reasonable therapy should help to avoid function lose and decrease operation numbers. ......
