预构皮瓣再血管化的研究进展(2)

     预构皮瓣已成为治疗复杂的畸形和缺损,尤其是颜面部畸形缺损的理想手段,但是如何有效缩短血管化进程、诱导血管新生是有待解决的问题。生长因子疗法普遍认为具有起效速度快,量效曲线稳定等优点,同时也存在着诸如无法形成结构功能完整血管、半衰期短等缺点。基因治疗存在着感染病毒的危险。细胞治疗已证实能够促进新生血管的形成,细胞最佳植入方法和时间问题以及植入细胞是通过何种机制来调控血管形成这一复杂过程是今后进一步的研究方向。
