4 结论
对唇隐裂而言，以往白唇完全切开的修复方法多会遗留瘢痕，如果瘢痕挛缩，会有畸形比术前更加严重的感觉，患儿家长往往不能接受。修复唇隐裂的目标是纠正唇高、唇红凹陷，获得对称人中嵴，外部无明显皮肤瘢痕。采用口内入路法在重建口轮匝肌环、改善鼻畸形、获得自然人中嵴的基础上避免了瘢痕，获得了美学(唇鼻对称性)、功能(微笑、撅嘴、吹口哨)上的满意效果。
