[摘要]目的：探讨门诊手术室医用耗材的管理。方法：对医用耗材进行科学有序地摆放，规范申购流程，并且专人负责，耗材管理严格落实“五常法”。结果：规范有效的医用耗材管理不仅节约了耗材，提高了科室的经济效益，也减轻了门诊手术室护理人员的工作负担，提高了护理工作效率，保质保量完成每日手术。结论：整形美容外科门诊手术室医用耗材的管理是一项繁琐而精细的工作，任何医用耗材都与每一台手术的顺利完成密切相关。
