[摘要]目的：回顾性分析解放军总医院皮肤科近2年来强脉冲光治疗39例痤疮红斑患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法：收集笔者医院皮肤科门诊痤疮红斑患者资料，统计分析强脉冲光治疗后的总有效率及红斑评分改善情况，以及不同治疗次数的有效率。结果：强脉冲光治療痤疮红斑总有效率为66.67%，治疗前痤疮红斑评分为(2.67±0.48)分，治疗后评分为(1.28±0.51)分，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗1～4次的有效率依次为17.95%、41.03%、59.09%及72.73%。结论：强脉冲光对痤疮红斑有良好疗效，且增加治疗次数可提高有效率。
