摘要 目的：评价中医药联合外治法对晚期非小细胞肺癌(Non-small Cell lung Cancer，NSCLC)中医症状及免疫功能的影响。方法：以60例Ⅲb-Ⅳ期NSCLC患者为研究人群，观察路径组与非路径组患者在中医症状量化评分表及外周血T淋巴细胞水平方面的差异。结果：2组治疗后的中医症状评分均低于治疗前，临床路径组显著低于非路径组(P<0.05)；2组治疗后CD8+CD28+均有所提高，路径组治疗后显著高于治疗前(P<0.05)，同时显著高于非路径组(P<0.05)。结论：中医药治疗联合外治法，能有效改善晚期非小细胞肺癌患者临床症状，并可通过改变免疫状态来提高抗肿瘤能力。
