摘要 纳米科学是上个世纪80年代末发展起来的新兴学科，是21世纪最有前途的新科学技术之一。随着纳米材料应用的日益广泛，其所带来的健康风险也越来越大，对其生物安全性的研究也刻不容缓。文章就纳米材料的毒性影响因素，对细胞造成的毒性效应机制及其体外细胞毒性的评价方法进行详细阐述，并综述了近几年来关于纳米材料毒性研究的最新进展及对纳米技术安全性评估进行了系统的讨论。
