摘要 刺五加是五加科五加属植物，含有多种活性成分，对中枢神经系统具有影响作用。文章从刺五加活性成分的药理作用以及血管性痴呆的中医病机探讨方面阐释了刺五加对血管性痴呆具有明确治疗作用。鉴于血管性痴呆发病率高，刺五加加工方便，文章展示了刺五加廣泛的药用和食用前景，值得大力推广。
