摘要功能性消化不良为临床常见病，邓贵成主任治疗功能性消化不良具有丰富临床经验。本文总结邓贵成主任在诊断疾病中，四诊合参尤重舌诊，中西互参避免贻误病情，认为功能性消化不良病机为胃失和降，和降法为治疗功能性消化不良基本治法，具体包括理气和胃、辛开苦降、分消走泄、温中和胃、养阴和胃、消除病理因素，心态调整应贯穿治疗疾病始终。
