针灸治疗干眼诊疗特点的文献分析(1)
摘要 目的：分析针灸治疗干眼的文献，探讨其诊疗特点。方法：电子检索中国知网(China National Knowledge Infrastructure，CNKI)、维普医学资源数据(VIP)、万方数据库以及PubMed中针灸治疗干眼的文献，分析总结针灸的选穴特点、针灸方法、频次、疗程、疗程间隔、对照组、疗效、随访和安全性等。结果：共纳入106篇文献，针灸治疗以针药结合或单纯毫针针刺治疗为主，药灸应用也比较常见；针灸临床治疗干眼常用的取穴方式多為辨症状和辨病位取穴，占83%；常用穴位以睛明、攒竹、瞳子髎、太阳、丝竹空等眼周穴位为主；治疗频次1次/d常被使用，占53.78%，治疗时间以4周或30 d常见，占46.23%；对照组设置多为人工泪液点眼，是国际公认的有效药物；针灸疗法治疗干眼的疗效评价多以主客观指标结合评价为主，多数以临床症状明显减轻，泪液分泌量增加，泪膜破裂时间减少为有效；随访中均无症状反复，疗效具有稳定性；所有文献报道针灸组均无不良事件报道，说明针灸治疗安全可靠。结论：针灸治疗干眼疗效可靠，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract Objective：To study the characteristics of the treatment for DED (dry eye disease) by analyzing the literature of acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods：The literature of DED was searched on CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure)，VIP (VIP medical resource data)，Wanfang database and PubMed.The characteristics of acupuncture point selection，acupuncture methods，frequency，periods of treatment，the treatment interval，the control group，curative effect，follow-up period，safety and other factors were analyzed.Results：A total of 106 articles was included.The main methods of acupuncture were acupuncture treatment alone，acupuncture plus medicine and moxibustion.The amount of the clinical studies chose the acupuncture points depending on the symptoms and disease of DED was 83%.Common acupoints mainly include acupoints near the eyes such as Jingming (BL 1)，Cuanzhu (BL 2)，Tongzi liao (GB 1)，Taiyang (EX-HN5) and Sizhukong (SJ 23).The treatment frequency was usually once a day，accounting for 53.78% and the treatment courses were often 4 weeks or 30 days，accounting for 46.23%.The control group generally used artificial tears，which was an internationally recognized effective drugs for DED.The evaluation of the therapeutic effect was mainly based on the combination of subjective and objective indexes.Most of the curative effects were significantly evaluated by relief of the clinical symptoms，increase of tear secretion and decrease of tear film time.No recurrence or aggravating were reported during the follow-up.No adverse events related with acupuncture were reported in the treatment periods，which showed the results showed that the acupuncture is safe and reliable.Conclusion：The effect of acupuncture for DED is reliable and should be widely used in clinical practice.
