摘要 栀子豉汤在《伤寒论》中为治疗心中懊恼、烦、热和不得眠等症的主方，后世对其发展应用治疗诸多病症，且疗效颇佳。“方-证要素对应”是在“方证相应”理论的基础上发展起来，用于探究证候要素与方剂要素之间相互对应的关系，属于临证组方的一种基本思维模式，同时更加强调“理、法、方、药”之间的逻辑关系，从而使配伍组方药物的靶向更加明确。用“方-证要素对应”理论对栀子豉汤及其衍化方进行剖析，探究其演化规律，以扩大栀子豉汤及其衍化方在临床中的应用，拓展用药思路。
