摘要 本文从临床实际出发，对蜜蜂针刺的治疗作用特点等方面进行了探讨，并在介绍蜂针的操作手法经验基础上，从直刺法入手，对蜂针操作时是否需要拔刺、留蜂针刺的利与弊等关键问题进行分析，以期为蜂针疗法的临床应用提供有价值的参考依据。
