     DD可能为新的RA病情监测指标。DD、Fbg与RA疾病活动度均显著正相关，尤其是DD对活动期RA诊断的敏感性更高。

    综上所述，DD可能成为新的RA的病情监测指标，且联合检测DD、ESR、CRP可大大提高对活动期RA诊断的敏感性。
