摘要 “四象”一词最早见于《周易》，四象理论是中国古典哲学体系之一，基于阴阳二元论的演化，广泛运用于阐释宇宙现象、自然规律、社会发展、生命活动等诸多领域。现基于四象理论的内涵和发展，结合文献和醫疗实践，探讨四象理论在中医理论构架、体质辨识及针灸临床中的应用，旨在为传承中国传统文化，拓展针灸理论和应用提供新的思路。
