丙氨酰谷氨酰胺对脓毒症患者营养免疫调节和抗炎症反应的作用

【摘要】目的研究丙氨酰谷氨酰胺对脓毒症患者营养状况、免疫功能及急性炎症反应的调理作用。方法将74例脓毒症患者随机分为治疗组38和对照组各36例。对照组仅给予常规治疗治疗组在此基础上给予丙氨酰谷氨酰胺10 g加入复方氨基酸250 ml中，静滴，1次/d，连续10 d。分别测定两组患者治疗前后血清前白蛋白(PA)、白蛋白(ALB)、转铁蛋白(TF)、免疫球蛋白(IgG)、免疫球蛋白(IgA)、C反应蛋白(CRP)。结果(1)治疗组血清前白蛋白、转铁蛋白等营养参数较对照组明显改善；(2)治疗组中IgG含量明显升高(P<0.05)；(3)治疗组C反应蛋白及急性生理和慢性健康评分(APACHEⅡ)均较对照组下降(P<0.05)。结论脓毒症患者及时补充丙氨酰谷氨酰胺能够改善患者营养及免疫功能，减少有害或过度的炎症反应，有利于病情的控制，从而提高救治率。
