【摘要】 根据阳虚痰湿型乳腺增生病的发病机制，温阳散结汤的组方原则及药理作用，初步探讨温阳散结汤治疗阳虚痰湿型乳腺增生病的机制。温阳散结汤可能通过调整下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴发挥治疗作用，初步揭示了温阳散结汤治疗乳腺增生病的作用机理。
