【摘要】 目的：探讨老年性桡骨远端骨折手术与非手术治疗的疗效。方法：选择2012年2月-2015年3月于笔者所在医院诊断为桡骨远端骨折的老年患者100例，按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，每组50例，研究组接受手术治疗，对照组接受非手术治疗。比较两组治疗后掌曲、背伸、桡偏、尺偏活动范围及Werley评分。结果：研究组治疗后掌曲、背伸、桡偏、尺偏活动范围优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后Werley评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：手术治疗桡骨远端骨折功能恢复好于非手术治疗，值得临床推广。
