儿童型双黄连口服液辅治小儿秋季腹泻效果分析(1)
【摘要】 目的：观察儿童型双黄连口服液联合培菲康治疗轮状病毒引起的小儿秋季腹泻临床有效性及安全性。方法：选择2016年10月-2017年11月于许昌市儿童医院就诊的82例秋季腹泻患儿按随机数表的方法分为对照组和观察组，各41例，对照组和观察组均给予一般常规治疗，在此基础上对照组给予双歧杆菌三联活菌散(培菲康)，观察组在此基础上使用儿童型双黄连口服液，两组均以4 d为1个疗程，比较两组疗效。结果：治疗后，观察组总有效率97.56%高于对照组的78.05%，差异有统计学意义(字2=9.686，P<0.05)；观察组患儿大便性状恢复时间为(2.97±1.03)d，短于对照组的(4.16±1.01)d，差异有统计学意义(t=5.28，P<0.05)；观察组大便次数恢复时间为(4.18±1.21)d，明显短于对照组的(5.68±2.13)d，差异有统计学意义(t=3.92，P<0.05)。结论：儿童型双黄连口服液联合培菲康临床疗效显著，能够迅速缓解患儿病情，临床用药具有参考意义。

【Abstract】 Objective：Clinical observation about effectiveness and security on infantile rotavirus enteritis treated by Shuanghuanglian oral liquid only for children combined with Bifico.Method：A total of 82 children with rotavirus enteritis were chosen for study from Xuchang Children’s hospital from October 2016 to November 2017.All subjects were divided into control group(n=41) and observation group(n=41) by Random Number Tables.Both of two groups respectively received basic therapy， on the basis of therapy，control group were given Bifidobacterium Triplex Live Powder(Bifico)，observation group received Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid only for children combined with Bifico，4 days as 1 course.Result：The total effective rate of observation group was 97.56% higher than 78.05% of control group，the difference was statistically significant(字2=9.686，P<0.05).The recovery time of abnormal stool character in observation group was(2.97±1.03)d，shorter than (4.16±1.01)d of control group，the difference was statistically significant(t=5.28，P<0.05)， defecation recovery time of observation group was(4.18±1.21)d，significantly shorter than (5.68±2.13)d of control group， the difference was statistically significant(t=3.92，P<0.05).Conclusion：Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid only for children combined with Bifico has a significant clinical effect in infantile rotavirus enteritis and can rapidly relieve the disease in children.

秋季腹瀉大多数由轮状病毒感染引起，因此也称为轮状病毒性肠炎，是婴幼儿秋冬季节常见高发病。6个月～2岁的婴幼儿发病率最高，小儿由于腹泻，进食量大减，容易出现营养不良及维生素缺乏症，影响儿童生长发育情况，严重者还会出现电解质紊乱、合并脑炎、心肌炎等并发症，严重影响患儿的身体健康，因此必须采取及时有效的临床治疗措施[1-3]。本研究中笔者探究了2016年10月-2017年11月于许昌市儿童医院就诊的41例使用儿童型双黄连口服液联合培菲康在用药后的婴幼儿秋季腹泻的临床有效率及临床症状消失时间情况，其研究结果如下所述。, 百拇医药(李法涛)
