TLRs在口腔癌细胞中的表达及临床意义(1)

     【摘要】 目的:探究TLRs在口腔癌細胞中的表达及与临床的关系。方法:收集笔者所在医院口腔科2014年10月-2015年10月因口腔癌行手术治疗的患者32例为口腔癌组,总结口腔癌患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、分级等信息,并对患者进行术后随访。纳入同期入院的正常口腔黏膜患者32例为对照组。采用qRT-PCR检测肿瘤组织中TLR1、TLR2、TLR3、TLR4、TLR5、TLR6、TLR7、TLR8的mRNA水平的表达,并与肿瘤大小、预后行相关性分析。结果:口腔癌组TLR1、TLR2、TLR3、TLR4、TLR5、TLR6、TLR7、TLR8的mRNA水平的表达均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。口腔癌组织中TLR2、TLR4、TLR5、TLR6、TLR8的mRNA水平的表达与口腔癌肿瘤大小呈正相关,与生存时间呈负相关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。口腔癌组织中TLR1、TLR3、TLR7的mRNA水平的表达与口腔癌肿瘤大小、生存时间无明显相关性(P>0.05)。

    结论:TLR1-8亚型在口腔癌患者中的表达异常升高,且TLR2、TLR4、TLR5、TLR6、TLR8的表达与肿瘤大小呈正相关,与患者生存期呈负相关。

    The Expression and Clinical Significance of TLRs in Oral Cancer Cells/WANG Xueli,LIU Junhui.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research,2019,17(14):64-66

    【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression of TLRs in oral cancer cells and its relationship with clinic.Method:32 patients with oral cancer who underwent surgical treatment in author's hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were collected,and as the oral cancer group.The information of sex,age,tumor size and grade of oral cancer patients were summarized,and the patients were followed up.32 patients with normal oral mucosa admitted to the hospital during the same period as the control group.The expression of TLR1,TLR2,TLR3,TLR4,TLR5,TLR6,TLR7 and TLR8 in tumor tissues were detected by qRT-PCR.The correlation analysis was performed between the expression of TLR1,TLR2,TLR3,TLR4,TLR5,TLR6,TLR7 and TLR8 and the tumors size and prognosis.Result:The mRNA levels of TLR1,TLR2,TLR3,TLR4,TLR5,TLR6,TLR7 and TLR8 in the oral cancer group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The expression of TLR2,TLR4,TLR5,TLR6 and TLR8 in oral cancer tissues was positively correlated with the size of oral cancer and negatively correlated with the survival time,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of TLR1,TLR3 and TLR7 in oral cancer tissues had no significant correlation with the size and survival time of oral cancer(P>0.05).Conclusion:The expression of TLR1-8 subtypes is abnormally high in patients with oral cancer,and the expressions of TLR2,TLR4,TLR5,TLR6 and TLR8 are positively correlated with the size of tumors and negatively correlated with the survival time of patients.
