【摘要】 目的：对中药穴位贴敷在小儿肺炎喘嗽治疗中的临床效果予以探讨。方法：随机选取2017年6月-2018年3月收治的小儿肺炎喘嗽患者106例，将其随机均分为对照组(常规西医治疗)与观察组(常规西医治疗联合中药穴位贴敷治疗)。结果：观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，临床症状消退时间短于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组，各项指标组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：将中药穴位贴敷应用于小儿肺炎喘嗽的治疗中，能够有效提升临床疗效，缩短临床症状消退时间，降低不良反应发生率，值得在临床应用中推广。
