归芪艾益汤足浴对剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防作用分析(1)
【摘要】 目的：分析剖宫产术后产妇采用归芪艾益汤足浴对下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防性作用。方法：选取2015年8月-2018年8月笔者所在医院剖宫产分娩产妇100例，分为两组，剖宫产术后采用一般护理未接受中药足浴的50例产妇设为对照组，在一般护理基础上进行中药足浴护理的50例产妇设为中药足浴组。对比两组患者术后排气时间、恶露量、泌乳量、睡眠评分，并发症发生率、下肢深静脉血栓发生率。结果：中药足浴组产妇术后排气时间、恶露量、PSQI评分明显优于对照组，且泌乳量明显多于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。中药足浴组产妇并发症发生率为2.00%，下肢深静脉血栓发生率为0，对照组产妇并发症发生率为16.00%，下肢深静脉血栓发生率为8.00%，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在剖宫产术后患者中采取归芪艾益汤足浴，可有效缩短患者术后排气时间，减少恶露量，增加泌乳量，改善睡眠，减少术后并发症及下肢静脉血栓形成，效果理想。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the preventive effect of Guiqi Aiyi Decoction foot bath on deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs in parturients after cesarean section.Method：A total of 100 parturients delivered by cesarean section in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2018 were selected.They were divided into two groups，the 50 cases in control group were treated with general nursing without traditional Chinese medicine foot bath after cesarean section，while 50 cases in traditional Chinese medicine foot bath group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath on the basis of general nursing after cesarean section.The time of exhaust，lochia volume，lactation volume，sleep score，incidence of complications and incidence of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremities were compared between the two groups.Result：The exhaust time，lochia volume and PSQI score of the parturients in the traditional Chinese medicine foot bath group were significantly better than those in the control group，and the lactation volume was significantly more than that in the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The incidence of complications was 4.00% and the lower extremity deep venous thrombosis was 0 in the traditional Chinese medicine foot bath group，which were 16.00% and 8.00% in the control group，respectively，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：Guiqi Aiyi Decoction foot bath can effectively shorten the postoperative exhaust time，reduce lochia，increase lactation，improve sleep，reduce postoperative complications and lower extremity venous thrombosis in patients after cesarean section.

目前，年轻产妇对生产疼痛的畏惧和担心顺产后对以后生活质量下降的因素，致使剖宫产成为产科的主流生产方式，而剖宫产术后近远期并发症也随着手术的增多越来越多，常见且严重者为下肢深静脉血栓[1]。而此病在针对性护理干预下，为可防可治[2]。中药足浴是特色保健疗法，采用中藥热水液浸泡双足，随血液循环输布到全身，达到促进气血运行、疏通经脉、改善血液循环、加速机体新陈代谢的效果[3]。选取2015年8月-2018年8月笔者所在医院剖宫产分娩产妇100例，分为接受中药足浴的中药足浴组50例及未接受足浴的对照组50例，对比两组产妇术后恢复情况及下肢深静脉血栓发生率，旨在为剖宫产产妇提供更优质的护理服务，具体报告如下。, http://www.100md.com(曾燕娣)
