【摘要】 目的：探討肝癌介入治疗用于原发性肝癌中晚期患者的效果。方法：选择2014年3月-2016年6月84例原发性肝癌中晚期患者，进行随机分组。常规化疗组选择常规方式治疗，肝癌介入组选择肝癌介入治疗。分析两组的疗效、住院平均时间、病灶缩小50%时间、治疗前后肝功能相关指标及生存质量、并发症情况。结果：肝癌介入组肝功能相关指标、生存质量评分、住院平均时间、病灶缩小50%时间、并发症发生率及疗效均优于常规化疗组(P<0.05)。结论：原发性肝癌中晚期患者实施肝癌介入治疗可获得较好效果，可有效改善患者的肝功能，提升其生存质量，缩短住院时间，且并发症少，值得推广。
