【摘要】 目的：探讨健康指导应用于慢性再生障碍性贫血治疗过程中的价值。方法：选取2013年6月-2015年3月笔者所在医院收治的60例慢性再生障碍性贫血患者为本文研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组按西医常规治疗并给予用药及生活指导，观察组在西医常规治疗基础上采取优质的健康指导。对比两组患者治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗后白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板值均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组健康知识知晓、生活质量、依从性评分均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在常规治疗及指导基础上，给予优质的健康指导能有效改善患者血常规值，并提升患者的生活质量、依从性及健康知晓情况。
