基于胫骨远端“L”形锁定加压钢板辅助治疗下的Pilon骨折的护理探讨(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨基于胫骨远端“L”形锁定加压钢板辅助治疗下的Pilon骨折的护理方式。方法：研究对象均为笔者所在医院2017年1月-2018年1月收治的96例Pilon骨折患者，所选患者均采用基于胫骨远端“L”形锁定加压钢板进行辅助治疗，将其随机分为对照组与观察组，每组48例。对照组采取常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上采取针对性护理。比较两组治疗效果、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果：观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗优良率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对胫骨远端“L”形锁定加压钢板辅助治疗下的Pilon骨折患者进行针对性护理，效果极为理想，可降低并发症发生率，提高护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the nursing methods of Pilon fracture assisted by L-shaped locking compression plate in distal tibia.Method：The subjects were 96 patients with Pilon fracture treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018.All patients were assisted by L-shaped locking compression plate based on distal tibia.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group，48 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing，while the observation group received targeted nursing on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect，complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result：The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：Targeted nursing for patients with Pilon fracture assisted by L-shaped locking compression plate of distal tibia is very effective.It can reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application.

脛骨Pilon骨折作为一种比较严重的粉碎性压缩骨折，是由于垂直压缩暴力通过距骨到达胫距关节顶部造成胫骨远端关节面不同程度的粉碎性压缩骨折，多为严重暴力所致，常伴有软组织损伤，并伴有诸多并发症[1]。Pilon骨折临床上处理仍比较棘手，病残率高[2]。通过手术治疗虽然其效果极为理想，但是有效的护理也发挥着重要的作用，本研究探讨基于胫骨远端“L”形锁定加压钢板辅助治疗下的Pilon骨折的护理方式，为促进Pilon骨折患者的康复提供参考，现报告如下。, 百拇医药(袁秀梅)
