呼吸内科临床诊断及治疗重症哮喘的临床效果(1)
【摘要】 目的：研究在呼吸内科重症哮喘患者中实施临床诊断及治疗的方法与效果。方法：将2016年8月-2018年5月在笔者所在医院呼吸内科治疗的重症哮喘患者140例设为研究对象，经计算机随机法将其分为观察组(70例)及对照组(70例)。对照组患者接受常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上实施综合治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组PaO2、PEF水平显著高于治疗前(P<0.05)，PaCO2水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.05)，且观察组PaO2、PEF水平均显著高于对照组，PaCO2显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：临床上在治疗呼吸内科重症哮喘患者时开展综合性治疗效果显著，能够有效缓解症状，呼吸功能明显改善，具有较高的推广价值。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study and analyze the methods and effects of clinical diagnosis and treatment in patients with severe asthma in respiratory medicine.Method：A total of 140 patients with severe asthma treated in respiratory medicine department of our hospital from August 2016 to May 2018 were selected as research objects.They were divided into the observation group(70 cases) and the control group(70 cases) by computer random method.Patients in the control group received routine treatment，while patients in the observation group received comprehensive treatment on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result：The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment，PaO2 and PEF levels in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05)，PaCO2 level was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05)，PaO2 and PEF levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group，and PaCO2 was significantly lower than that in the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：In clinical treatment of severe asthma patients in respiratory medicine，comprehensive treatment effect is remarkable，which can effectively alleviate symptoms，improve respiratory function，and has a high promotion value.

重癥哮喘是呼吸系统常见疾病之一，且随着社会的不断进步，人们的生活方式和生活环境都有了显著改变，重症哮喘的发病率也呈现出逐年上升的趋势，已经严重影响人们的日常生活质量和生命安全[1]。在过去重症哮喘的发病率一直属于较低的水平，社会和各医疗机构重视程度相应较低，相关防治工作比较差，但在近些年由于环境变化等原因，其发病率上升，成为影响居民身体健康的重要危险因素，所以对此方面的研究越来越多，目前治疗重症哮喘的方法较多，其作用机理也各不相同。部分措施虽然可以在短期内达到良好的效果，但容易引发严重并发症，往往需要通过补液、氧疗等辅助手段才能稳定病情[2]。因此探究寻找一种高效的综合治疗方案是防治该病的关键所在，笔者所在医院特选取部分患者作为观察对象，分析呼吸内科临床诊断和治疗重症哮喘的效果和应用价值，现报道如下。, 百拇医药(熊存友)
