【摘要】 目的：分析经皮椎间孔镜手术后辅助补气活血汤在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的应用。方法：选择笔者所在医院收治的109例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象，分为常规组、联合组，均给予常规经皮椎间孔镜手术治疗，联合组术后辅助补气活血汤治疗。结果：联合组术后4周腰椎功能优于常规组(P<0.05)。联合组术后4周生活质量及自理能力均优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论：经皮椎间孔镜手术后辅助补气活血汤用于腰椎间盘突出症的治疗，可促进患者腰椎功能的恢复，为其生活质量及自理能力的改善提供支持。

    [Abstract] Objective： To analyze the application of Buqi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation after percutaneous transforaminal endoscopy. Method： A total of 109 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted to our hospital were divided into the routine group and the combined group. They were treated with routine percutaneous transforaminal endoscopy and the combined group was supplementary Buqi Huoxue Decoction after percutaneous transforaminal endoscopy. Result： The lumbar function of combined group was better than that of routine group 4 weeks after operation (P<0.05). The quality of life and self-care ability of the combined group were better than those of the conventional group 4 weeks after operation (P<0.05). Conclusion： Supplementary Buqi Huoxue Decoction after percutaneous transforaminal endoscopy for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can promote the recovery of lumbar function and provide support for the improvement of quality of life and self-care ability. ......
