【摘要】 目的：分析综合护理干预在全髋关节置换术中的应用效果。方法：选择本院收治的116例接受全髋关节置换术的髋关节疾病患者为研究对象，分成常规组与综合组，给予两组常规护理与综合护理干预。结果：综合组压疮发生率及其他并发症发生率均低于常规组(P<0.05);综合组依从性及护理满意度均高于常规组(P<0.05);综合组下床活动时间及生活质量均优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论：综合护理干预用于全髋关节置换术，可减少压疮的形成，提升患者的依从性水平，促使其尽快恢复正常活动功能。

    [Abstract] Objective： To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in total hip replacement. Method： A total of 116 patients with total hip arthroplasty in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups： conventional group and comprehensive group. Result： The incidence of pressure sore and other complications in the comprehensive group was lower than that in the conventional group (P<0.05). The compliance and nursing satisfaction in the comprehensive group were higher than those in the conventional group (P<0.05). The time of getting out of bed activity and quality of life in the comprehensive group were better than those in the conventional group (P<0.05).
