肝脏炎性假瘤35例CT表现及诊治分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 提高肝脏炎性假瘤的诊治水平。 方法 对笔者所在医院2003年1月～2011年3月35例肝脏炎性假瘤患者的影像表现及诊治情况进行分析。 结果 35例患者中，误诊率为37.14%。所有患者均痊愈，无死亡患者，无其他合并症。26例手术治疗患者未出现腹腔内出血、肝性脑病、消化道出血、黄疸、腹水等常见并发症。 结论 肝脏炎性假瘤影像学表现无明显的特异性，但CT仍是肝脏炎性假瘤的重要检查手段，在临床上有待进一步发展。
