[摘要] 目的 探讨应用超声引导穿刺，注射硬化剂介入治疗肾囊肿的临床应用价值。 方法 在超声引导下对38例患者进行穿刺抽液，并进行无水酒精硬化治疗。 结果 38例肾囊肿术后半年有效率为100%。 结论 超声介入治疗肾囊肿疗效确切，创伤小，简单易行，可以在临床推广。

    Ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy of renal cyst

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasound-guided puncture and injection sclerotherapy in the treatment of renal cysts. Methods 38 patients were given puncture under ultrasound-guided,and be treated by absolute alcohol sclerotherapy. Results The efficient percentage of 38 renal cysts patients was 100% after operation six months later. Conclusion Interventional ultrasound in the treatment of renal cysts is effective,minimally invasiv and simple.It is worthy of clinical practice.
