不同喂养方式对小儿急性腹泻病程影响的观察(1)

     [摘要] 目的 观察不同喂养方式对小儿急性腹泻病程的影响。 方法 将98例小儿急性腹泻患儿按不同喂养方式分为两组，分别给予限量喂养和全量喂养，在其他治疗方法相同情况下，比较其病程转归。 结果 全量喂养组平均痊愈时间(6.2±1.4)d，限量喂养组平均痊愈时间(4.7±1.1)d，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 小儿急性腹泻应继续进食，适当限制进食量有利于疾病康复，缩短病程。
