[摘要] 目的 比较电视胸腔镜手术与开胸手术治疗肺癌的创伤程度。 方法 将本院2010年2月~ 2013年6月本院收治的70例肺癌患者分为对照组和观察组，每组各35例，对照组患者给予开胸手术治疗，观察组患者给予电视胸腔镜手术治疗，比较两组患者血清、胸水中IL-6、α1-AT的变化。 结果 观察组患者术后1、3d时，血清、胸水的IL-6、α1-AT均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 电视胸腔镜手术治疗肺癌校开胸手术对患者的创伤程度小。
