[摘要] 目前，腰椎间盘突出症的治疗逐渐呈现微创化趋势，尤其是自从德国医生Hoogland发明TESSYS技术以来，腰椎间盘突出症的微创治疗更是有了革命性的进步。我们引进该技术后，总结经验，逐渐取得了与Hoogland医生相似的疗效。同时，我们在镜下发现腰椎间盘突出症的病理表现分为多种，根据这种镜下分型指导治疗能取得更好的效果。此外，我们还拓展了TESSYS技术的适应证。
