     [摘要] 目的 对随县农村合作医疗资金及患者流向进行分析，为随县新农合政策调整提供依据。 方法 采用描述分析方法对随县2012～2013年农村合作医疗相关数据进行对比分析。 结果 资金及患者流向有待改进，利用率有待提高。 结论 应加大对各类定点医疗机构的管理。
