[摘要]目的 探讨儿童肱骨髁上Ⅱ、Ⅲ型骨折(Gartland分型)手法整复结合有限内固定术后配合中药熏洗治疗效果。方法 将我院2010年10月~2013年5月收治的40例肱骨髁上Ⅱ、Ⅲ型骨折患儿，随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组20例患儿在手法整复后，使用克氏针固定，并配合中药熏洗治疗，对照组采用切开复位克氏针内固定，观察两组患者恢复情况。 结果 观察组治疗有效率为93.3%，明显优于对照组的66.7%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率为5%，明显优于对照组术后并发症发生率为15%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 肱骨髁上Ⅱ、Ⅲ型骨折，取手法整复，有限内固定术后，使用中药熏洗可有效促进患者恢复，减少术后并发症的发生。
