辨证施治加用清热解毒药物对急性冠脉综合征患者血HS-CRP\Lp(a)水平的影响(1)

[摘要] 目的 观察辨证施治加用清热解毒药物对急性冠脉综合征患者血HS-CRP、Lp(a)水平的影响。方法 选择48例急性冠脉综合征患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组病例均给予中、西医常规治疗，同时治疗组在中医辨证论治施方的基础上加用清热解毒中药。第1天、第7天、第14天复查患者血HS-CRP、Lp(a)等炎症因子指标，比较各组前后的变化。结果 治疗组与对照组治疗前后，血HS-CRP、Lp(a)、胆固醇、甘油三脂均有下降，差异具有统计学意义，治疗组显著优于对照组。结论 清热解毒药物在降低急性冠脉综合征患者血HS-CRP、Lp(a)等炎症因子方面有显著疗效。
