采用放射诊断鉴别肝血管良恶性肿瘤的效果(1)

     [摘要]目的 探讨放射PET/CT技术诊断鉴别肝血管良恶性肿瘤的效果。 方法 2011年2月~2013年9月选择在我院诊治的肝血管肿瘤患者90例，都进行了放射PET/CT诊断与最大标准摄取值的计算。 结果 放射诊断肝血管良恶性肿瘤的敏感性为100.0%，特异性为87.5%，准确性为97.8%。良性患者的最大标准摄取值为(6.32±2.12)，恶性患者为(8.04±2.85)，最大标准摄取值在不同患者之间的对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 放射诊断鉴别肝血管良恶性肿瘤有很好的效果，在临床实践中逐渐显现出的独特的应用价值。
