[摘要] 目的 探讨脐带绕颈产妇临床自然分娩效果。 方法 随机选取我院收治脐带绕颈产妇120例及无脐带绕颈产妇120例，对比两组产妇自然分娩效果及新生儿情况。 结果 观察组自然分娩少于对照组，胎儿窘迫发生率、新生儿窒息率、剖宫产及产钳助产高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 脐带绕颈会给新生儿安全生产带来危害，增加了新生儿窒息、宫内窘迫及剖宫产发生率。严密监护产妇生产，及时有效处理，可明显提高母婴生命安全。
