[摘要] 目的 探讨唤醒麻醉在颅内支架手术中应用的可行性。 方法 对30例拟行颅内支架手术的患者，采用右美托咪定负荷量0.5μg/kg泵入(15min)，维持量0.3μg/(kg·min)，合并血浆靶控输注(TCI)丙泊酚0.5～1μg/kg的麻醉方法，观察术中唤醒的麻醉效果及对颅内支架手术操作的影响。 结果 所有患者均顺利完成唤醒，患者在麻醉唤醒期间对手术操作配合良好，术中镇痛满意，术后苏醒时间短，麻醉安全可靠，无麻醉并发症。 结论 术中唤醒能够很好地满足神经血管支架植入手术的需要，较传统的全身麻醉更适合此类手术。
