[摘要] 目的 探讨脑室-腹腔分流术术后并发症的发生情况，为提高患者生活质量提供理论依据。方法 回顾性分析笔者所在医院2015年1月～2016年6月行脑室-腹腔分流术脑水肿患者96例临床资料，观察其术后并发症发生情况。 结果 脑室-腹腔分流术后25例患者出现并发症，其中感染9例，颅内血肿3例，分流过量3例，分流不足6例，癫痫4例，并发症发生率为26.04%。 结论 脑室-腹腔分流术的并发症率较高，需重视手术适应证的选择、手术操作技巧和术后处理。
