【摘 要】目的：探讨临床路径在骨科术后疼痛护理中的应用。方法：选择近一年来的146例骨科手术后疼痛患者，并随机分为观察组和对照组各73例，给予对照组患者常规护理方法，观察组患者遵照临床路径方法实施护理干预，比较2组患者干预后的疼痛控制情况和患者睡眠质量。结果：观察组NBS疼痛评分(3.17±0.54)分明显优于对照组的(4.46±0.72)分，(t=12.2464，P<0.01)；两组患者睡眠质量存在明显差异(P<0.01)。结论：临床路径护理干预可显著缓解骨科术后疼痛，改善患者的睡眠质量，有利于术后康复。

    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the application of clinical paths in nursing of the orthopaedic postoperative pain.
