【摘 要】 目的：探析产后尿潴留产妇实施护理干预的临床效果。方法：對2018年1月至2019年8月在本院分娩的76例产后尿潴留产妇予以分组研究，随机分为对照组(n=38)与研究组(n=38)。对照组实施常规护理，研究组实施护理干预，对两组自主排尿时间、住院时间及护理满意度予以统计比较。结果：研究组自主排尿时间、住院时间(9.06±2.05)h、(4.95±1.31)d优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度为94.74%，高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：产后尿潴留产妇实施护理干预的临床效果更加确切。
